  "message": "Enable jdk11 tests by default\n\nTests with JDK11 enabled by default only take a dozen more seconds\nso we can enable them by default.\nWe need to be careful though, on the long run, if more tests use\nthe new multi-JDK test infrastructure (specifically long running tests)\nthen having jdk8/9/11 may be too long.
