Add helper for adding human readable ART profile directly

This adds a method `addHumanReadableArtProfile(TextInputStream, Consumer<HumanReadableArtProfileParserBuilder>)` to `ArtProfileBuilder`, similar to the method on `StartupProfileBuilder`.
